Neusignal Therapeutics , a clinical stage neuroscience biotechnology company , announced positive safety and tolerability from Phase 1 clinical trial of Alzheimer’s disease candidate, NTX 083.
In the Phase 1 repeat dose clinical study in healthy adult volunteers, including Japanese and Caucasian participants, NTX 083 was well tolerated and demonstrated a favorable safety profile across all standard clinical assessments.
Based on this successful milestone, Neusignal Therapeutics plans to initiate a Phase 1b clinical trial in the United States, which will evaluate NTX-083 in patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
