STORM Therapeutics, a clinical stage biotechnology company targeting RNA modifications to develop novel cancer therapies, announced a 56 million USD Series C financing and the dosing of the first patient in its Phase 2 monotherapy study of STC-15 in selected sarcoma indications.
Proceeds from the financing will support advancement of STC-15, a first in class, oral small molecule inhibitor of METTL3, including continued execution of the Phase 2 study intended to support a potential accelerated regulatory pathway and to inform further clinical development across additional oncology indications.
